  • Page 4 I NS TA LL ATI ON Start by getting your vehicle up in the air, with either a jack or a hoist. Once in the air, we reccomend taking the rear wheels off to make it easier for the install for easier access to the bolts. Once the wheels are removed, take one of the provided skids and place it over the shock, making sure all (3) holes line up with the factory holes.
  • Page 5 I N S TA L L ATI O N With the skid bracket now lined up with the factory holes, take the shorter provided 1” hex bolt with a washer and feed it through the upper mounting hole. Then take a provided flange nut with a magnet stick, as shown below, and feed it up through the bottom of the skid and thread the bolt into it.
  • Page 6 INSTA LL ATI O N With all your hardware now started, there will be some movement in the bracket. Position the bracket to where both edges are parallel, as shown below, and then tightnen down the bolts using a 3/4” socket and wrench, starting with the top bolt.
  • Page 7 INSTA L L AT I ON With all of your hardware now tight with adequate space inbetween the skid and shock, you will need to repeat this same process on the opposite side of the vehicle to complete your install.
