Error causes and remedies measures
Problem
Power unit is working, but the
mattress is not inflating.
No alternating pressure regulation
No indications on the control
device, the power unit does not
work.
Low pressure indicator
Possible cause
Damaged air cells or
Compressed air hoses.
Air cells are not connected to the
compressed air hoses.
Compressed-air hoses are not free,
there are bending and pressing
points in the compressed air hoses.
The connection of the compressed
air hoses is loose
Failure of the power unit
Compressed-air hoses are not free,
there are bending and pressing

The power unit is not connected to the
power supply.
The power cord or fuse of the power
unit is defective.
Verify air filter is not obstructed
Leaks in the compressed air

Measure
Contact the supplying medical
distributor or the technical service of
your distributor.
Open and remove the coverlet, check
the compressed air hoses at the
connection to the air cells.
Open and remove the coverlet,
check the correct positioning of
the compressed air hoses.
Check the tightness of the
compressed air hoses at the
power unit.
Contact the supplying medical
distributor or the technical service of
your distributor.
Open and remove the coverlet,
check the correct positioning of
the compressed air hoses.
Insert the plug of the power unit
into an appropriate wall outlet.
Contact the supplying medical
distributor or the technical service of
your distributor.
Clean air filter and ensure air filter
is not blocked.
Move the patient to another bed.
Contact the supplying medical
