When the first call is on hold, press the CALL button of the new incoming call, in this case CALL2.

shows the new in-process call on line 2.
SCROLL is available when more than one ISDN line is connected (in-progress
and/or on hold). When SCROLL is pressed in any active display, and held for at
least 3 seconds, the STE will scroll to the next active display. If you press
SCROLL in this case, the HOLD display in step 2 above will be displayed where
a. If the new call is more important than the call on hold, the options are to continue holding the
first call (CALL1) and complete your new task (CALL2), or terminate the first call.
(1) If you choose to terminate the call holding on line 1, the line 2 in-process call must be
placed on hold by pressing HOLD.
(2) With CALL2 on hold, press CALL1.

(3) Disconnect the line 1 call in the normal manner.
