Troubleshooting

● The power plug is disconnected.
➝ Insert the power plug into outlet firmly.
● It occurs because the temperature of the heating element is very
high and transferred to the body surface.
➝ It is not quality problem and does not influence normal work.
● There is still some water on the outside of ceramic pot that has
not been wiped clean.
➝ Wipe clean the water on the outside of ceramic pot.
