(1) Test pin
This pin is used for testing the analog signals of the standalone emulator.
• TP1: GND
These are test pins for checking the product. Do not use.
• TP2: VDD
• TP6: LVDD
• TP9: TVDD1
• TP11: MKVDD
• TP14: QVDD
• TP18: +12 V
(2) TP16
This is the pin for supplying SMVDD.
(3) LED
LED1 for VDDn. (n = 0, 2, 3)
ON: Voltage is applied to VDDn.
OFF: Voltage is not applied to VDDn.
LED2 for SMVDDn. (n = 0, 1)
ON: Voltage is applied to SMVDDn.
OFF: Voltage is not applied to SMVDDn.
LED3 for AVDD.
ON: Voltage is applied to AVDD.
OFF: Voltage is not applied to AVDD.
(4) IE-703002-MC connection
This is the connector for connecting to the IE-703002-MC.
(5) Target connection
This is the connector for connecting to the target system or the extension probe.

For the jumper switch position in the IE-703002-MC, refer to the IE-703002-MC User's Manual.

2.3 Illegal Access Detection ROM Setting

If using the IE-703002-MC as an in-circuit emulator for the V850/DB1 by connecting the IE-703081-MC-EM1,
