Troubleshooting
The latest LCD display throttle found on the EMOVE Cruiser comes
with a software update that enables self-diagnosis. The software will
check through all the critical components when it is powered up. The
errors will be shown on the LCD display.
Brake Sensor Error
This error will show up when you press the brakes. It is an error
only if the exclamation mark is showing up when you are not
pressing the brakes. Usually due to disconnected brakes or
broken brakes from accidents.
Motor Error
This error will show up on your LCD screen if the motor is faulty
or disconnected.
Controller Error
This error will show up on your LCD screen if the internal
controller is faulty or disconnected.
LCD Throttle Error
This error will show up on your LCD screen if the LCD throttle is
faulty or disconnected.
Push Assist
PAS
This is not an error. It is just showing that your scooter is
currently set to kickstart mode and requires an initial push kick
to start accelerating. Go to the P5 setting and switch it to 0 if
you do not want the kickstart function.
