The MERITECH CleanTech 500EZ may indicate that it is empty despite having a full bottle of soap due to a blockage or improper delivery of the solution. The system continuously monitors solution delivery and signals an issue if it detects improper flow. To resolve this, visually inspect the container and clear delivery lines to ensure there is adequate fluid and no blockage. If necessary, replace the solution container.
