    Installing Base with Lay Top Tether Strap Vehicle Belt Over the Vehicle Seat You will be installing the top tether strap in steps 7 & 8. WARNING: Review the vehicle owner’s manual for the tether DO NOT use both the LATCH: lower anchor belt and anchor locations.
