    QardioBase X gives you a broad view of your tness and wellness. When used with the companion Qardio App it allows you to measure your body mass index (BMI), % muscle mass, % body fat, % water, % bone mass, Metabolic Age, BMR (Basal metabolic rate), % Subcutaneous Fat, Visceral Fat, % Skeletal Muscle, % Protein, Fat-free Body Weight in addition to your weight.
