The materials to be glued together and the work surface
/Ⅱ
must not be easily ignited or flammable.
Test whether heat-sensitive materials are suitable before-
hand on a sample workpiece.
Pay attention to the mains voltage! The voltage of the
power source must match the voltage specified on the
rating plate of the glue gun.
Safely place the glue gun down after use and let it cool
completely before packing it away. The hot nozzle can
cause damage.
Keep people and animals away from the hot adhesive
and the nozzle tip. Adhesive and nozzle tip will heat up to
approx. 200 °C, posing a risk of burns. If hot adhesive
comes into contact with skin, immediately hold the af-
fected area under a stream of cold water for several
minutes. Do not try to remove the hot adhesive from the
skin.
Remove the mains plug for longer work breaks.
