8 .9 . Time Search

1. During playback, press [SEARCH] to display the Search Menu.
2. Press [SEARCH] or use [
e.g.) Blu-ray Disc™
Search
3. Enter the time count you want to jump to.
• Use [
] to enter the fi rst digit on the time counter, then press [
• When the last digit is entered, press [OK].
Playback will start from the desired time that was entered.

• You can also perform the Time Search from the Play Menu. Play Menu can be called up by pressing [MODE].

8.10. Number Select Search

[AVCHD]
Some BD-Videos and DVD-Videos or AVCHD files have button menus to jump to each button displayed scene.
During playback the scenes which have the button menu, you can enter the button number by using the
Number Select Menu.
1. During playback, press [SEARCH] repeatedly to select the Number Select Menu.
e.g.) Blu-ray Disc™

• For BD-Java, the Number Select Menu for single-digit is displayed.
• For DVD, the Number Select Menu for double-digit is displayed.
• For BD-Videos and AVCHD fi les, the Number Select Menu is displayed even if there is no button menu in
the scene.
2. Use [
] to enter the number you want to jump to.
• To move the digit that you wish to change, press [
3. After all digit numbers are entered, press [OK].
Playback of the selected scene will start.

• As for the BD-Video, how it performs will be strongly determined by the disc, and may not perform as
