My ARTISTE AF300 headphones haven't been working for a few days. After recharging the headphones correctly, the red power indicator light no longer lights up on the headphones when I press the POWER button, and no sound is produced. Re-pairing doesn't work either: il I press the POWER button for 8 seconds or more, nothing happens. The headset batteries don't seem to be to blame: they work if I use them on another device. The transmitter doesn't seem to be to blame either: the POWER indicator lights up red when I pick up the headset. In the user manual, no solution is suggested for this type of problem. What could be the cause?
The ARTISTE ADH300 headphones may not power on or produce sound after recharging due to the following reasons:
1. Battery Not Fully Charged – Ensure the headphones were charged for 5-7 hours. The green light should turn off when charging is complete.
