NeuroTrac Sports Operation Manual ® Electrode Types & Tips Self-Adhesive reusable long-term electrodes (if looked after) have a typical life span of 4/6 weeks. We recommend cleaning the skin with an alcohol-based wipe before placing the electrodes. The wipe should not contain fat as any grease will degrade the electrode stickiness. -
