How do I remove the glass from the frame on the shelf above the crisper drawers located in Insignia refrigerator (NS-RTM18Wh2)? The glass is tightly enclosed in the frame and is very difficult to remove for cleaning up liquids spilled on the shelf that seep under the frame. Thank you.
