First assemble the handle so it looks
like this.

vegetable, it must first be cut
straight at both ends so it fits
securely on to the spikes. Maximum
length of vegetable should be 3"-4".

so that spiked disc on the handle
is over the unit as in the following

Place the cut end of the food on to
the spiked pin next to the blade.
Press the food holder into the food
and start turning the handle for spiral
cutting.
