Fault within the base
Bed not moving up or down,
Handset or Motor Failed
Bed moving very slowly
Bed juddering during movement
Fault with the massage unit
1-12 minutes
The LED light on top right does
not turn red when pressing
buttons
The LED lights but nothing
happens
Massage is working but motor is
not working
When I press a button, a quiet
beep is heard, motor is not work-
ing but massage unit is
Massage unit makes loud noise
The motor and massage unit work

Remedy
Check motor is plugged in correctly
Change fuse on plug or extension lead
Change Handset or Motor
Check mains supply, possibly working on backup battery only
Check that no obstacle is impeding the movement, such as a
wedged pillow, the headboard or even a mislaid book or
magazine
Remedy
This is the normal function of the massage unit system, not a
fault
Change Battery
Move the red switch on the transmitter and the
remote to the same side
Hold the remote in front of the transmitter so the black top of
remote and black top of the transmitter are touching
Check the massage unit has been plugged into the motor
Check the power supply of the bed is plugged into the socket
Child lock is on - Press and hold top right button until you hear
that beep noise loudly
A chargeable visit needs to happen to move the massage unit
away from the motor and tighten the bolt
Ensure the bolt on massage unit is positioned on the 7th, 8th
and 9th slat down from the head-end and that it secured using
only 4 screws.
Transmission of the remote and the box needs to be on the
same side
2 handsets cannot be used at the same time
