Problem
There is a hissing sound while the
steam is being is produced.
Water leaks from the water outlet.
The power plug is abnormally hot.
If the problems still cannot be solved, contact the store where you purchased the unit or a service center authorized by
Panasonic for repair.

Possible cause
The sound is due to electrical
discharge and is not a problem.
The water supply tank has been
attached and removed repeatedly.
The steamer is tilted.
The power plug is not firmly inserted
into the outlet.
Action
Throw out the water inside the
steamer, then press down on the
water supply tank with the water
in it until a click is heard.
Set the steamer so that it is flat.
Use an outlet in which the power
plug fits snugly.
