Troubleshooting ◇ Cannot turn the speaker on - Check if the battery is low. Charge the speaker and turn on again. ◇ Cannot charge the speaker - Check the power supply is working and that the output of the power supply to the charging cable is 5V and 1~2A. Check that the charging cable and connectors of the cable are not damaged.
