Troubleshooting ◇ Cannot turn the speaker on - Check if the battery is low. Charge the speaker and turn on again. ◇ Cannot charge the speaker - Check the power supply is working and that the output of the power supply to the charging cable is 5V and 1~2A. Check that the charging cable and connectors of the cable are not damaged. - Page 9 ◇ Charge the speaker regularly to avoid damage of battery result from low battery level. It’s recommended to charge the speaker from 5V 2A USB input. Tips When you use it as a clock or alarm clock, please keep the speaker connected to a charger to maintain adequate electricity.
