How do you add the carbon filters? There doesn’t seem to be any space and I don’t see where to add the filters.
The Cooke & Lewis CLGCH60-C cooker hood supports two installation options: ducted and recirculation. For recirculation mode, you need to fit a charcoal filter. The manual mentions using CARBFILT4 (UK & IE) or CARBFILT4CL (FR) as the carbon filter. To install the filter, follow these steps:
1. Ensure the cooker hood is switched off.
2. Locate the charcoal filter mounting area inside the cooker hood.
3. Attach the charcoal filter securely in place.
4. If replacing an old filter, remove it first and dispose of it properly.
5. Ensure the filter is correctly positioned before turning the cooker hood back on.
Regularly replace the charcoal filter when it becomes full of grease to maintain performance.
