Putting the unit into operation

Risk from unqualified personnel
Commissioning of the unit by unqualified and unauthorized personnel
can lead to serious or fatal injury.

Only trust personnel with the first commissioning of the unit,
who are qualified and authorized according to the requirements
in this operating manual.
Danger of property damage from foreign objects
Foreign objects, such as tools, accessories and packaging material in
the unit can lead to malfunctions and property damage.

After installation and before commissioning look over the entire
unit for foreign objects and remove
Before the unit is put into operation, the following points must be
checked:
Lubricant and operating material

Check hydraulic oil level. Refer to Chap. 4.7.1
Leak tightness and condition

Leak tightness of the hydraulic oil supply

Condition of the V-belts.

Condition of the transport belts.

Condition and presence of safety equipment

Condition and wear of the abrasive and brush belts.
