Using the Battery Charger (Sold Separately)

You can recharge the battery using Battery Charger CB-2LV/CB-2LVE
(sold separately).

Insert the battery pack
into the battery charger.
Align the
battery charger and insert it correctly.

Plug the battery charger into a
power outlet.
(For CB-2LVE)
Attach the power cord to the battery
charger and plug it into a power outlet.
The charge indicator will light orange while the battery is
charging. It will change to green when the charge is com-
plete.
After charging, unplug the battery charger and immediately
remove the battery.
To protect the battery and prolong its life, do not charge it for
longer than 24 hours continuously.
It takes approximately 90 minutes to fully charge the battery
from a fully discharged state (Based on Canon's testing
standards).
- Charging it within a temperature range of 5 °C to 40 °C (41
°F to 104 °F) is recommended.
- Charge times may vary according to the ambient
temperature and the battery's charge state.
