Desmontaje de las válvulas
T_RL y T_RC
• Desatornille la man-
guera de limpieza (2).
Desmonte el
cabezal de
empalme
• Retire los semianillos
del cabezal de empalme
(3).
Las conexiones neu-
máticas del lado del
equipo y las conexiones
eléctricas pueden per-
manecer en el cabezal
de empalme.
• Afloje las conexiones
neumáticas (Y) del
accionamiento de ele -
vación.
• Retire el cabezal de
empalme (4).
PELIGRO
Al aflojar el anillo articu-
lado (1) de la carcasa de la
válvula no activada hay
peligro de sufrir lesiones,
ya que la tensión previa
del muelle, al liberarse,
hace saltar el accio-
namiento.
Por eso, antes de aflojar
los anillos articulados
debe anular la tensión del
muelle ventilando el
accionamiento con aire
comprimido.
• Ventile el accionamiento
en (Y3).
• Retire el anillo articu-
lado (1*).
• Purgue el acciona -
miento.

• Unscrew the CIP hose
(2).
Dismantlingthe
control module
• Remove the semi-annu-
lar clamps at the control
module (3).
The pneumatic and
electrical connections
can remain at the con-
trol module.
• Remove the pneumatic
connections (Y) at the
lifting actuator.
• Pull the control module
(4) off.
DANGER
When the hing ed clamps
(1) at the housing of the
non-actuated valve are
detached, the released
spring force suddenly lifts
the actuator. There is a
danger of injury.
Therefore, prior to deta-
ching the hinged clamps,
release the spring tension
by actuating the valve
actuator with compressed
air.
• Pressurize the actuator
at (Y3).
• Detach the hinged
clamp (1*).
•Depressurize the
actuator.
