Electronic shutter speed adjustment

MANUAL : The shutter speed is variable.
: The shutter speed is always adjusted automatically for proper video level when excessive light

Shutter speed adjustment is available on MANUAL mode.

Electronic shutter speed can be set in the range of 4 to 1/100,000 second.
Shutter speed is calculated as follows.
Note: "OFF_VALUE" equals to 15 in HV-F22 or 30 in HV-F31.
1) In the case that shutter speed is equal to (1 / OFF_VALUE) or shorter
