3.7 Using AiCloud 2.0
AiCloud 2.0 is a cloud service application that allows you to save,
sync, share, and access your files.
To use AiCloud 2.0:
1. From Google Play Store or Apple Store, download and install
the ASUS AiCloud 2.0 app to your smart device.
2. Connect your smart device to your network. Follow the
instructions to complete the AiCloud 2.0 setup process.

I have an AX3000. Looking from the rear, the left two ethernet ports do not work. The router can 'see' them and tells me if something is connected, but nothing connected to them connects to anything else. The right two ports work fine. AFAIK I have not changed anything. They were working well until about 3 weeks ago. I noticed I could not print and my hue lights were misbehaving. The printer and hue bridge attached to the left two ports. A firmware upgrade has not fixed the issue. Any ideas what setting might be causing this? Can it be fixed?
