    Installing the UIM Card and Battery Consult the network operator if a UIM card is needed. Make sure that the golden area on the UIM card is facing downwards and the cut-off edge is correctly fit to that of the card holder. Charging the Battery Connect the cordless phone to the charger stand.

    Press Up or Down key to scroll to a submenu item and press to select the submenu. Press the Number key corresponding to the number of a submenu to select it. Press to return to the previous menu or return to the home screen.

    Cordless phone Lock The cordless phone lock protects your cordless phone from unauthorized use. The default cordless phone lock code is 000000. You can change it into any numeric string of 4 to 8 digits. If the cordless phone lock is enabled, you need to enter the correct cordless phone lock code when you power on the cordless phone.
