Work piece and Work Area set up

1.
Designate a work area that is clean
and well-lit. The work area must not
allow access by children or pets to
prevent injury and distraction.
2.
Route the air hose along a safe route
to reach the work area without creat-
ing a tripping hazard or exposing the
air hose to possible damage. The air
hose must be long enough to reach
the work area with enough extra
length to allow free movement while
working.
3.
There must not be objects (such as
utility lines or foreign objects) nearby
that will present a hazard while work-
ing.

WArning: do not point or spray
the contents of this spray gun at
any person, or animal at any time.
2.
Always wear ANSI-approved safety
goggles and heavy-duty work gloves
when using this Sprayer.
3.
Premix solvents and/or cleaners ac-
cording to their manufacturer's in-
structions before adding to the Con-
tainer (3).
4.
Thread the Flexible Discharge Nozzle
(1) onto the Gun Assembly (2).
5.
Thread the Container onto the Gun
Assembly, making sure not to cross
the threads.

6.
Wrap 3 turns of thread sealing tape
on a male connector (not supplied)
and attach it to the end of the handle.
7.
Rotate the nozzle lock ring clockwise
until it comes to a stop against the
adjustable nozzle. Rotate the nozzle
cap until it rests against the lock ring.
8.
Turn on air supply.
9.
To begin spraying, set the supply air
pressure to 90 PSI, point the nozzle
at a safe location, pull the trigger and
lock it with the spring lock. Slowly ro-
tate the nozzle in a counterclockwise
direction until liquid starts spraying
out of the nozzle. Continue rotating
the nozzle for not more than a full
turn and fine tune the spray pattern.
Release the trigger lock. Unscrew
the nozzle lock against the nozzle to
secure it in the preset position. The
tool is not read to be operated.
10.
When finished spraying, or when
refilling the Container, release the
Trigger and turn off the air supply.
11.
When you are completely finished
spraying, release the Trigger, turn
off the air supply and disconnect the
compressor from it's power supply.
12.
Remove the Container and thor-
oughly rinse according to directions
supplied by the solvent/liquid manu-
facturer.
13.
Let the Sprayer dry before storing
inside out of the reach of children.
cAution! to prevent tool
And Accessory FAilure, re-
sulting in injury:
do not exceed the tool's maximum
air pressure rating of 90 psi.
