Please note:
Depending on the system
width and the installation
situation, it may be
necessary to remove the
rollers (See page 48) or
the HQ 5 from the section
for better accessibility.
Required tools
• Hex wrench SW8
• Hex socket wrench SW6
1. Remove the protective
cover.
2. Remove the gear motor.
3. Remove the plugs and
insert them in the new
gear motor.
4. Install the new gear
motor.
5. Install the protective
cover.

Please note:
• The end faces of the gear must be undamaged.
• Do not tilt the gear motor and make sure it has the necessary clearance area for
installation.
• Install the gear motor in the proper orientation (terminal box) and connect it to the
drive shaft.
• If the gear motor is not in the proper position: do NOT rotate the gear motor.
Disconnect the gear motor from the drive shaft and reconnect it.
