ASSEMBLY Front/Rear Stabilizer Assembly 1. Front Stabilizer Attach the Front Stabilizer (2) to the Frame (1) with four M8x1.25x20L Socket Hex Screws (10). Use 6mm L-Hex Wrench (A) to tighten the screw.

ASSEMBLY 2. Rear Stabilizer Attach the Rear Stabilizer (3) to the Frame (1) with four M8x1.25x20L Socket Hex Screws (10). Use 6mm L-Hex Wrench (A) to tighten the screw.
ASSEMBLY Pedal Assembly 1. Using a 15mm wrench, fully tighten the Right Pedal (13-1) clockwise into the Right Crank Arm until flush and no threads are showing. 2. Using a 15mm wrench, fully tighten the Left Pedal (13-2) counter- clockwise into the left Crank Arm until flush and no threads are show- ing.
(8). Use four 8.2X 16*2T flat washers (9) when attaching the screws. Use 5mm L-Hex Wrench (B) to tighten the screws. 2. Water Bottle Holder Assembly Attach water bottle holder cups (15) to the bike frame (1) using 3mm allen key (D).

ASSEMBLY 2. Handlebar to Frame Assembly Loosen the Large L-Handle (a) on the Frame (1) and insert the Handle- bar Post (4) into the Frame. Move the Handlebar Post (4) upward or downward to the desired position and then tighten the Large L-Han- dle.

ASSEMBLY 3. Handlebar Post Assembly A. To adjust the height of the handlebar post, first loosen the Large L-Handle. Then move the handlebar post upward or downward to the desired position and firmly tighten the Large L-Handle. B. Screw with one M5x0.8x15L Round Head Screw (12) at the end of the handlebar post with phillips head screwdriver end of 6mm allen key (A), to prevent pull out the handlebar post when move upward.

ASSEMBLY 4. HD Touchscreen Arm Insert the touchscreen mount (6) into the handlebars (5). Ensure that parts (b) and (d) are fully engaged with each other so no metal is showing. Use 6mm L-Hex Wrench (B) to tighten the screw.

A. Screw the touchscreen (16) onto the touchscreen arm (6) using the 4 touchscreen screws (17). B. Attach the monitor cable from the bike frame to the touchscreen. Plug the two cords into the back of the touchscreen on the right. Plug the shorter cord to the right-most port.
ASSEMBLY Check Seat 1. To adjust the height of the seat post, first loosen the Large L-Handle (a). Then, move the seat post upward or downward to desired position and firmly tighten the Large L-Handle. 2. To adjust the horizontal position of the seat, first loosen the Large L-Handle (e).
ASSEMBLY Weight Holder Attach Weight Holder (11-1 & 11-2) to the back of the Seat Assembly with four M5x0.8x12L Round Head Screws (12). Use M5 washer (19) and one M5 spring washer (20) while attaching the screws. Use 4mm L-Hex Wrench (C) to tight- en the screws.
ASSEMBLY Adjust the Leveling Feet 1. Place the exercise bike in the location where it will be used. Make sure that all 6 leveling feet are in contact with the floor. If a leveling foot is not in contact with the floor, adjust the leveling foot by hand until the leveling foot contacts the floor.
1. When plugging the power supply into the wall, ensure the power sup- ply lights up green. 2. Plug the other end of the power supply (22) into the bottom back of the bike frame (1). Press firmly to ensure power cord is fully plugged in.
