7.2 Maintenance parts

For early stage recovery in the event of a failure, we recommend preparing the following maintenance parts.

Inspection contents
Check whether DIN rail of the base unit and the module are
fixed to the base unit.
Check if the cable connector is loose or damaged.
Voltage measurement at the power supply terminal block of
the I/O base unit BU90A.
Checking the status display LED.
Check the input status display LED

Are the I/O terminal blocks firmly fixed?
Check loose terminal screws.
Is the wiring cable damaged?
Check if the temperature, humidity, vibration, dust, etc. are
within the specified values.
