Heart Rate

To access the Heart Rate
swiping across the screen.
Your heart rate is an important way to monitor how your body is doing. You can check your
heart rate at any time. The watch continues measuring your heart rate as long as you're wearing
it.
Your watch will notify you if your heart rate remains above or below a chosen threshold.
Set the heart rate threshold
