Remove lower plunger o-ring (20J008)
and push pin (20M045) out. Pull down on
the plunger assembly (20P034) and slide
it off the rod.
Replace plunger rod o-ring (20J013) and
the upper plunger o-ring (20J012). Slide
plunger assembly (20P034) back onto
rod, lining up hole on the plunger with the
hole on the rod, and insert new plunger
pin (20M045).
Place the new lower plunger o-ring
(20J008) in lower groove of the plunger
assembly (20P034) to cover the pin.
If you use tools to remove any parts,
be extremely careful not to scratch
any sealing surfaces.

We recommend cleaning all parts with warm
soapy water and a toothbrush before
installing the new parts.
Water normally lubricates the parts, but you
may use silicone on the o-ring to facilitate
insertion.
Check valve may be taken apart and
cleaned in between maintenance to remove
particles.
CAUTION: Parts may contain
STOP
concentrated chemicals. The use of
Proper Protective Equipment is recom-
mended when performing maintenance.
4. Unscrew middle nut (20P035U) and pull
the injection stem (20JP009) out.
Carefully remove clear indicators.
Remove the injection stem o-ring
(20J011),
clean the
o-ring seats,
and insert
new injection
stem o-ring
(20J011).
Replace the
injection
sleeve
o-ring (20J010).
5.
Unscrew check valve
nut (20P038) and remove
lower and upper check
valve assemblies
and 20PJ010).

Replace both assemblies
and screw the check valve
nut (20P038) back on.
If you experience difficulty removing
the upper check valve assembly
(20PJ010), try pushing it out with a
long screwdriver or similar tool.
Instructions
(Parts included in kit noted in blue)
1.
Unscrew the metal
clamp (20M046)
and remove the
suction hose.
2.
Unscrew from the
lower gray base the
injection assembly
(20CD001).
Test the fit on your hose to make
sure that there is no air intake
during suction. If the hose does not
fit tightly, cut a quarter inch off
before reattaching.
6.
Slide the middle nut (20P035U) onto injection
stem from the top. Align the clear indicators
(20P036) around the injection stem
(20PJ009) and
slide the middle
nut (20P035U)
up over them.
Insert the
injection stem
assembly
(20PJ009)
into the injection
sleeve assembly
(20PJ007) and tighten middle nut (20P035U).
7.
Insert the injection
assembly (20CD001)
into the lower gray
base and screw in
to tighten.
8.
Slide the metal clamp
(20M046) onto the
suction hose, reattach
the suction hose onto
the check valve barb,
and tighten the metal
clamp (20M046).
Don't forget to reset
injection rate
when finished.
