ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 3 1. Fix Insert small-dumbbell support frame(4) to the main bottom frme(1) with hex bolt(13) & flat washer(15), 2. then fasten the small-dumbbell support frame(4) to the big-dumbbell support frame(2) with hex bolt(12),flat washer(15)& nylon nut(6). 3. Finally fasten the handrail(5) to the small-dumbbell support frame(4) with hex bolt(11)& flat washer(15).
