Symptom
The air is dirty with house
dust but the air purifier
does not respond.
The air quality monitor
remains blue.
Normal situation that will not create any harm or hazard
Sometimes the air purifier may operate in ways that appear to be a problem but are actually normal.
You can continue using the air purifier at such times without problem.
Symptom
The air purifier operates
even though the air is
clean.
The air purifier operates
even though the Air quality
monitor is in blue color.
If the problem still persists . . .
Disconnect the power plug and contact with authorized dealer, or where you purchased for repair.
Check/Remedy
¡The air purifier may have set up in a place where suction of
air cannot be carried out properly.
/ Change the set up location, or change the operating mode
to "Super".
¡The room may be too large for the capacity of the air
purifier.
¡Is the sensor sensitivity set to "Low"?
/ Set the sensitivity to "High".
¡The micro dust sensor may be contaminated with cigarette
tar.
/ Clean the micro dust sensor.
Operation is normal
¡Is AIC automatic operation in progress (is the AIC indicator
flickering)?
/ The AIC patrolling function is executing to circulate room
air for detection.
/ Meanwhile, AIC learning function will memorize the air
quality for next day's operation.
