Connect the USB cable to the USB port ( ) on your PC. Connect the other end of the USB cable to the Power/USB Connection Port on bottom of the player.

Select [Sync] at the top of the screen. When the [Sync] window appears, select the file you want to transfer to the player, drag and drop it to the left [Sync List] window.
