Removing the Starter Cover

► Take out the screws (1).
► Lift the cover (2) away from the tank (3) and
pull it out from under the shroud (4).

► Take out the screw (5) and remove the rope
rotor.

The primer bulb will not fill with gas, there is nothing coming into it at all I replaced the fuel line and filter but still not fuel.
