Chapter 2 OPERATION

Turn on Machine and Start Automatic Operation
1 Turn on the power breaker.
2 Select "MANU".
3 Push the "RESET/ORIGIN" key.
Then the lifter move to the magazine supply position.
4 Put a magazine on the supply conveyor.
5 Set the "PITCH switch" to the number of the board set pitch for the magazine.
6 Input the number of board production to "PRODUCTION COUNTER". (Refer to an
attched paper about the setting method.)
7 Select "AUTO".
8 Push "LINE START" of previous stoker.
9 Push "PUT IN MAGAZINE". Then the magazine is transfer to the lifter, clamp the
magazine (fixed by the air cylinder), and move it up to the board charge position.
The board is charged after the succeeding process machine sharts to operate
automatically and the board demand sign turns ON.

This process to start the machine which is shown as above is just an example. So you do
not have to do as this process. But do not forget to make sure of the operation counter
and the line start switch.
