     Every DHOLLANDIA product is identified by and labelled with a unique 8-digit serial number (with or without a space between the first and last 4 digits). Use this number for any inquiry on a particular ramp, or when ordering replacement parts.

    As the ramps come in different versions, it is important to check the capacity of your specific ramp.  DHOLLANDIA lifts and ramps are developed and manufactured using state-of-the-art technology, high quality materials and components, and highly skilled workmanship. They comply with the European CE / UKCA safety regulations mentioned in the Declaration of Conformity issued with each lift and ramp (unless otherwise agreed for products exported outside the CE / UKCA region).

     DHOLLANDIA ramps shall be exclusively used in accordance with the INTENDED USE as described in section 4 on page 4, within the limits of the applicable load chart, in compliance with the operator instructions and safety instructions in this manual.

     In case of heavy point loads (e.g. heavy weight on only 3 or 2 wheels), the safe working load MUST be limited to 75% of the maximum rated capacity.  The dimensions of the load or wheelchair should never exceed those of the platform.
