I got into my car Venza 2015. It automatically connected to my car. It causes problem to my car media for it is unable to broadcast the sound. I suspect the noise cancellation might have affected my car media.

Try the following steps to resolve sound issues with the NC1 Airbuds when connected to a 2015 Venza:
1. Reset the Earbuds: - Take out the R earbud from the charging case. - Long press the R earbud for 10 seconds until the red LED blinks 5 times. - Put the R earbud back in the charging case. - Take out both earbuds and wait for the "Power on" voice prompt.
2. Ensure Proper Pairing: - After resetting, confirm that the R earbud LED blinks red and green, indicating pairing mode. - Connect the earbuds to the 2015 Venza's Bluetooth system again.
3. Adjust Volume: - Short press the L earbud to decrease volume or the R earbud to increase volume.
4. Check ANC Mode: - Hold the R earbud for 2 seconds to enable or disable ANC, as it may affect sound quality.
5. Recharge the Earbuds: - Ensure the earbuds are fully charged using the provided charging cable. - All four LED indicators should remain on without blinking when fully charged.
If issues persist, try pairing the earbuds with another device to check if the problem is with the earbuds or the car’s Bluetooth system.

And I don’t have the case can I turn them back on ?

Bluetooth Connection Using dual earbuds mode After taking out “NC1” Earbuds from the charging case, both L&R earbuds will turn on automatically with voice prompt “Power on”. Soon after, L&R earbuds will pair automatically, and the R earbud LED indicator will blink red and green.

Power On/Off As soon as you take out earbuds from the charging case, earbuds will turn on automatically. Putting earbuds back into the charging case will automatically turn off earbuds. Note: Normal mode is the default mode when earbuds are turned on. Answer/Hang up/Reject Phone Call To answer an incoming call, click L or R earbud once.

Put the R earbud into the charging case again and then take out both earbuds from the charging case, you will hear earbuds are in pairing mode when voice prompt “Power on” is heard. After earbuds are paired, R earbud LED indicator will blink red and green, then you can start using your NC1 Airbuds.
