假如您經常要發送相同的⽂件給多位接收者，您可建⽴⼀個群組撥號簡化發送的步驟。
If you usually need to send the same document to many Recipients, you can build
up a group dial in order to make this process simple.
您可以透過打印機的控制⾯板註冊，請參考以下步驟進⾏設定：
You can create a group dial with the control panel of the printer. Please follow the
procedure below to register group dial.
I. 註冊每位獨⽴接收者至印表機的通訊錄，註冊⽅法可參考「A. 註冊接收⽅的傳真/
電話號碼」部份。
Refer to "A. Register individual TEL number" below to register each ""number
to the "Address Book" of the printer.
II. 當通訊錄已收錄接收⽅的資料後，您可參考「B. 註冊群組撥號中的接收⽅」部份
建⽴⼀個群組，並將成員加入至群組中。

Once register all recipients to address book, you can refer to "B. Registering
Recipients in Group Dial" below to create a group, and add member to the
group.
