Up to three PROFIBUS Compact Repeaters can be connected in series. The PROFIBUS Compact Repeater is looped into the PROFIBUS in place of a normal PROFIBUS connector. This permits the extension, segmentation or branching of the PROFIBUS without extensive installation. -
