Had a brief electrical prob with my van for a few secs. When it restarted, nav was not available and msg said "Nav not available, check SD card. "
All other functions are OK. What should I do to get my Nav working again?
My picture of the msg won't attach to this message for some reason.

To fix the "Nav not available, check SD card" message on your Alpine INE-W611D after an electrical issue, follow these steps:
1. Check the SD Card – Ensure the SD card is properly inserted into the device. 2. Reinsert the SD Card – Remove the SD card, inspect it for damage, and reinsert it securely. 3. Restart the Unit – Turn off the device completely, wait a few seconds, and turn it back on. 4. Check for Corruption – If the issue persists, the SD card may be corrupted. Try inserting it into a computer to check for errors. 5. Reformat and Restore – If necessary, back up the data, format the SD card (FAT32), and restore the navigation files. 6. Update the Maps – If the SD card is functional but the issue continues, update the maps using the Naviextras Toolbox as described in the manual. 7. Factory Reset – As a last resort, perform a factory reset on the unit. 8. Replace the SD Card – If the card is damaged or unreadable, replace it with a compatible one and restore the necessary navigation data.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, consult an authorized Alpine dealer.

@Mr. Anderson Thank you. So it sounds like I have to take the whole thing out to get to the inaccessible SD card. OK. Will now find out how to do that. Thought a reset might have been a more user friendly option.
