1. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Disconnect the motorcycle lift from the air supply before changing accessories, servicing or performing any maintenance.
3 Maintain the motorcycle lift in good condition (use an authorised service agent).
3 Replace or repair damaged parts. Use recommended parts only. Non authorised parts may be dangerous and will invalidate the warranty.
3 Locate motorcycle lift in an adequate working area for its function, keep area clean and tidy and free from unrelated materials, and ensure
there is adequate lighting.
3 Keep the motorcycle lift clean for best and safest performance.
3 Before use, secure the lift to a floor which will sustain the weight of the lift and any motorcycle, and ensure the unit is level.
p WARNING! ensure correct air pressure is maintained and not exceeded. Air requirement is 90-140psi. 12cfm.
3 Never operate the lift with a motorcycle heavier than 450kgs.
3 Remove ill fitting clothing. Remove ties, watches, rings, and other loose jewellery, and contain long hair.
3 Maintain correct balance and footing, do not over reach. Ensure the floor is not slippery and wear non skid shoes.
3 Keep air hose away from heat, oil and sharp edges. Check air hose for wear before each use. Make certain that all connections are secure.
3 Ensure the motorcycle is firmly secured to the lifting platform.
s CAUTION: Take care when opening the air valve as the platform can raise at very high speed.
3 Before lifting check that there are no overhead obstructions.
3 When platform has been raised to the working height ensure the platform safety pin (fig 2. H) is engaged to prevent accidental lowering.
3 Keep children and unauthorised persons away from the working area.
7 DO NOT force the motorcycle lift to achieve a task it was not designed to perform.
7 DO NOT operate the lift if damaged.
7 DO NOT exceed the rated capacity of the lift.
7 DO NOT operate the motorcycle lift when you are tired, under the influence of alcohol, drugs or intoxicating medication.
7 DO NOT allow untrained persons to operate the motorcycle lift
7 DO NOT direct air from from the air hose at yourself or others..
7 DO NOT use the motorcycle lift where there are flammable liquids, solids or gases such as paint solvents, etc.
7 DO NOT yank the hose from the air supply.
3 Before lowering the lift ensure there are no obstruction underneath the platform and that all persons are standing clear of the lift.
3 When not in use disconnect motorcycle lift from the air supply.
p WARNING! if motorcycle is fitted with a faring ensure there is adequate clearance between the bottom of the faring and the point where
the leading plate and platform meet. Failure to do so may cause damage to the faring (fig 4 over page).

INTRODUCTION & ASSEMBLY
Motorcycle repair and maintenance are comfortably achieved by using this lifting platform. The lift is fitted with a fast lifting speed mechanism,
and an adjustable safety pin (fig 2. H). When the table has reached the desired working height engage the safety pin (H) to prevent accidental
lowering of the table.
2.1.
Assembly (refer to fig 1 for details).
2.1.1. Fix the pneumatic cylinder A to table B with bolts C.
2.1.2. Fix stand to the floor by passing bolts through corner holes F.
2.1.3. Attached the air regulator valve F to the air line D.
2.1.4. Ensure the air line is fitted with an air filter E. (see chapter 4).
2.1.5. Note the safety locking pin (fig 2 H) which must be inserted during use to prevent
sudden lowering of the platform.
2.1.6. Check the motorcycle wheel securing chain G to ensure it is correctly located.
2.1.7. Before use, check all parts of the platform to ensure there is no damage
and that parts are secure.
