Bulb Change
Turn off your Air Sniper Ultra. The power button is located on the touchscreen. The button will turn from green to white when the unit is turned off.
1.
Unplug the unit from the power source (allow 20-30 minutes for the unit to cool off before touching bulbs).
2.
Position the unit so that the side with the touchscreen is facing you.
3.
Locate the quarter-turn fasteners. There is a total of 7 to remove the panel (three on each side, one on the bottom).
4.
Using a flat head screwdriver, turn the fasteners counter-clockwise once.
5.
Gently remove the panel to access the bulbs.
6.
Locate the metal bulb retainers at the base of each bulb.
7.
Remove the first metal retainer (located at the base of the bulb).
8.
Remove the old UV Bulb.
9.
Repeat steps 8 and 9 with all the bulbs in the row.
10.
Repeat with all 3 rows.
11.
Insert a new bulb into the last space at the back (ensure it clicks into the slot).
12.
Slide the metal retainer back until it clips on top of the new bulb.
13.
Repeat moving back to front until all rows are completed.
14.
Place the cover back on the unit.
15.
Tighten the fasteners (total of 7).
16.
Plug unit back in.
17.
Turn the unit back on.
18.
On the touchscreen, click the settings button (the top button on the far right).
19.
Select "Reset Bulb Timer".
20.
Enter in the 4-digit code provided with bulb order.
21.
Press enter.
22.
Bulb timer will reset to green (this may take a few seconds).
23.
Please dispose of bulbs responsibly according to your local regulations.
