DISASSEMBLY Note: Metric fasteners are used throughout. 1. Remove all hydraulic fittings. Place the Power Tilt on a clean work bench with ample room to place the internal parts as they are removed. 2. Housing Inspect the cylinder bore for wear and scratches. The surface finish should be 32 RMS or better. If the bore requires rehoning, return the housing to Helac Corporation for rehoning. Inspect all bearing contact surfaces for damage and/or contamination and repair and clean as necessary. - Page 14 seals (204) and (205) with the O-ring energizers P2 to the values specified in the End Cap Torque removed from the seals nearest the piston gearing. Specifications chart on page 26. 5. Apply a thin coat of grease to all piston sleeve 13.
