to the existing holes on the side of the plow
frame (Figure 2). Torque the fasteners to 22 to
28 ft-lb (31 to 37 N⋅m).

3. Bolt (5/16 x 1-1/4 inches)
2. Use the valve plate as a drilling template and
use a 11/32 inch (9mm) drill bit to drill the 2
lower holes through the plow frame (Figure 2).
3. Install the flow valve to the valve plate using
3 bolts (5/16 x 3-1/2 inches), 3 flange-head
nuts, the clamp plate, and a lock washer as
illustrated in Figure 3.
Important: The port on the side of
the flow valve labeled "3" must face the
hydraulic motor and the port marked "2"
must face the mount plate.
Important: Add thread locking
compound to the threads of the bolts when
you install them. If you do not the vibration
of the plow will make the nuts fall off.

Procedure
Important: The 4 hoses are similar in
appearance, yet differ significantly in function.
Pay close attention to the part numbers
stamped on the hoses to ensure that you install
them in the right place.
