Use this section to help you to try and solve any problems you may have:

NOTE: IF YOU EXPERIENCE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR HEATER, PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT
TO OPEN OR REPAIR THE HEATER YOURSELF. DOING SO MAY VOID THE WARRANTY
AND COULD CAUSE DAMAGE OR PERSONAL INJURY. IF THE PROBLEM STILL PERSISTS,

Possible cause
Screws are loose
Blade fasteners are loose
Blade is un- balanced
Start/stop bar not pressed
Spark plug is defec- tive
Fuel tank is empty
Engine may be flooded
Forgot to press the primer
Air filter is soiled
Spark plug is soiled
Blade is blunt
Cutting height is too low
Cutting height is too low
Blade is worn
Collection box is clogged
Troubleshooting
Check screws
Check blade fasteners
Replace blade.
Press start/stop bar
Replace spark plug
Adjust the scarifying depth.
Remove plug and dry
Press the primer for 3-5 times.
Clean the air filter
Clean the spark plug
Sharpen the blade
Set correct height
Set correct height
Replace the blade
Empty the grass bag
