HOW TO USE THE THERMOSTAT

Your Strom Programmable Thermostat allows timed control of your central
heating system, allowing you to set time events and temperatures for
maximum comfort without wasting energy. The SSRTPR05 checks the time
and temperature against its programming and activates your heat source
when heat is required. The Strom Programmable Thermostat allows you to
select between:
24 Hour Programming - Repeats the same schedule every day.
•
• 5/2 Day Programming - For seperate weekday & weekend control.
• 7 Day Programming - Allows a different schedule every day.
The control allows you to choose between 4 and 6 timed events per day.
Events and temperatures should be designed to coincide with when you
are in the property and awake.
When extra heat is required you can simply override the temperature for
that given time event by turning up the thermostat.
Where you require a more permanent override you can set the control to
manual where it will disable timed events and only call for heat using the
temperature instead. This remains enabled until it is manually disabled.
IMPORTANT: We recommend that your installer sets the initial configuration
of the controller for you, after this you should only have to make small
adjustments for maximum performance. Ensure you discuss with your
installer what configuration suits your lifestyle.
