3.2 Windows Vista

When the driver software installation failed or was interrupted, it should be
uninstalled.
After uninstalling the driver software, reinstall it from the beginning.
Display the Device Manager.

Plug this product (USB cable) into the USB port.
Click on "Computer", select "System Properties", and click "Device Manager" to
open it.
Remove the serial port.
