Possible solutions
Check/update system BIOS and audio driver for newer version.
• Please update your system's BIOS and drivers from
https://www.dell.com/support/drivers
• Please update your SP3022 FW from
https://www.dell.com/support/drivers
• Need to connect SP3022 to your computer before updating FW.
• Other communication software, you can access call controls via conferencing
applications.
If multiple conferencing applications are installed on or used in the same device, you
may not be able to get response from SP3022. Try to answer incoming calls by
application's interface.
• SP3022 has the Echo cancellation feature, which helps the user at the other end of
the call to reduce the echo.
• If you hear echo from your device, it's possible that the other end user's device do
not have the feature of Echo Cancellation.
• Check if SP3022 is plugged into computer correctly.
• Check the computer sound setting and select the SP3022 as the playback device.
• Make sure that SP3022 volume is not at 0%.
• Check if SP3022 is plugged into to computer correctly.
• Check the computer sound setting and select the Dell SP3022 as the recording
device.
• SP3022 Answer Call button only support "Teams" You can operate the answer via
conferencing applications.
• Remove any obstructions between SP3022 and the user.
• Reconnect Dell SP3022 with your computer again.
• Disable System Audio Enhancements
Plug into your PC/laptop. Please set in PC/laptop following the instruction.
(1)Right-click sound icon and enter Sounds.
