Questions and answers
I just replaced filters in my SimPure Y7 water filter. The RO light continues to flash. I tried removing both filters and reinstalling them but the RO light continues to flash.
The RO light on your SimPure Y7 water filter may be flashing after replacing the filters because the system needs to be reset. To fix this, press and hold the Reset button for at least 3 seconds until you hear three beeps. This will complete the reset process and return the system to normal operation. If no action is taken within 10 seconds, the system will exit the reset mode automatically.

My simpure water pump is continuously on but will not take water from the water reservoir
The SimPure Y7 water pump may be continuously on but not taking water from the reservoir due to one of the following reasons:
1. Empty Feed Water Reservoir – Ensure that the feed water tank is filled with potable (tap) water.
2. Incorrect Tank Installation – The water tank must be properly seated in the system. Remove and reinsert the tank securely.
3. Clogged or Air-Blocked System – Air bubbles or blockages in the system may prevent water flow. Try flushing the membrane by holding the flushing button.
4. Damaged or Faulty Components – If any part of the system is damaged or missing, replace it before use.
If the issue persists, check the user manual for troubleshooting or contact customer service.
